No one is more sad about the non-foldability of Stonehenge's newer colors kraft brown and icy blue than I am.
Here's another page (and a bit from across the gutter at the left) from my test journal of the icy blue Stonehenge. The journal is about 10 inches square.
I love this surface for working with my brush pen and I love it for working with gouache. I even used a bit of Caran d'Ache Neoart (the orange around the head) and like how it works on this surface.
But darn, this paper too cracks horribly when it is folded with the grain. It is not suitable for bookbinding. I sigh every time I pick this journal up. Use the paper in flat sheets for a fun art experience.
Readers of the blog who view the enlarged image and see the time will realize that eating a large piece of Chocolate Chocolate (Not a Typo) Cake late in the evening has reprocussions.
So as I mused your support for daily projects, and considered that there is not much I do in my life daily that is not determined by the three semi-little people that occupy my house (and my heart), I realized there is something I do daily. I check in on Roz. Thank you for your posts which spark so much excitement in my brain (and in my journal).

LizzieBo that's very kind and sweet of you. I'm glad I'm a little part of your life. But you know, I can't help it—you know what I'm going to say, when those little ones are napping, or perhaps when their father is in charge, you could sketch them daily! And if you miss reading the blog for weeks at a time because of that you know I would be happy for you!
