Landscape painter Diane Wesman has a short informative post on changing her field palette for the fall season (which sadly ended with some snow and then icy rain about 10 days ago). Check it out at the link provided. Take a moment to scoll back through other posts as well and see how her pastels as well as watercolors evolve to capture the seasonal light and color changes.
It's time to change it up a bit more as we move into winter. Diane continues to sketch in the fields all year long so I'm sure she'll have some more shifts coming. Diane is a friend, so I'll be able to look over her shoulder and see what she's thinking. I'll keep you posted.
