I'm prepping for a bunch of classes right now and am eating Honey Crisp apples like there is no tomorrow, and there isn't as far as these apples are concerned! I haven't had any in my hands long enough to sketch, yet I wanted to let you know about these, to urge you to get some while you can. If you seek them out you won't regret it.
